Hola

work with the current release version, 3.90.3a.

Explained in the Ozi Help file:

- see Special Keys and Stuff
datums.dat
- see Adding User Datums
dshift.dat

Other valid .dat files
======================
showcalpoints.dat
- the map's calibration points are shown on the map
- the coordinates of the calibration points are also shown
- the coordinates information may be truncated where it
extends past the edge of the screen

showcornermarkers.dat
- the Map View window(not the map) will show the corner markers
- will persist across loading of different maps, unless turned
  off manually

Possible .dat files
===================
If you discover that any of these are valid,
please let us know what they do.

apLog.dat
cfs.dat
debug.dat
ecwfull.dat
- probably the same as other 'full.dat' files in Special Keys and Stuff GarminSymbolNames.dat GarminSymbolSets.dat jpg64.dat kapheaders.dat
- BSB-related?
loadblankmap.dat
lowdebug.dat
multitrack.dat
mmDepth.dat
mmscrollmap.dat
movemapcal.dat
showECW.dat
showMFT.dat
showmm.dat
tech1.dat
tech3.dat
tfw.dat

- I confirm that ecwfull.dat allows you to load the entire image into the ram.
- movemapcal.dat allows you to open a recalibration option ("Move map
calibration") under "map" menu. It is helpful when, especialy with ladsat images, a track is not aligned with the map; with this option you can change the calibration of the map till the track is in the rigt position.
