cargas el jnx con el programa y en grupo le cambias el numero y le das a crear nuevo

Preparando las rutas del verano por pirineos, me he dado cuenta de algo que había pasado
desapercibido en mi último mensaje del 15 de Febrero.

Es importante actualizar a la versión 1.0.26 ya que sino os pasará como a mi, que al cargar el directorio completo de mapas JNX de mi dispositivo en modo batch para ver sus etiqutas, niveles y demás, se os eternizará la primera vez. Sobretodo si tenéis muchos mapas en la tarjeta o directorio.

Por tanto os recomiendo que actualiceis reemplazando el ejecutable de c:\archivos de programa\jnxcustomizer por éste que adjunto.

Tengo error de instalación, me dice que el archivo de setup no lo puede encontrar, creo que se refiere al ini.
Tengo instalada la version 1.0.26 , pero lo curioso es que no la puedo desinstalar ya que no hay uninstaler.
He probado de instalar la misma versión y también me da el error del archivo *.ini.
Al final lo he podido hacer machando solamente el ejecutable.
pero me gustaría resolver el problema.

Me lo han comentado, tengo que generar un instalable nuevo ... de momento desactivo el enlace de descarga del setup
y dejo solo el ejecutable.

Hi,
I've created a little Demo.jnx with BaseCamp.
BaseCamp says that this file is version 4. OK.
I've updated this file to version 3 with jnxCustomizer.
Now BaseCamp still says that is version 4.
What's happend?

The jnx file is cached by basecamp, you need to clear the basecamp cache.

Delete..

In windows xp :
C:\Documents and Settings/youuser\Datos de programa\Garmin\BaseCamp\DeviceJnxOverlays

In windows 7:
c:\usuarios\usuario activo\AppData\Local\Garmin\Basecamp\DeviceJnxOver lays

I've noticed, that BaseCamp saves jnx file in the cache with the name in form
C82309EF-7671-2B0B-3EA8-7B154FC4E24C.jnx
where C82309EF-7671-2B0B-3EA8-7B154FC4E24C is the GUID from the original jnx.
So if you change GUID in the updated file (e.g. when saving new file), BaseCamp will create new file in the cache.
I wonder if generate new GUID if the original jnx is only updated (not saved as a new file).

Yes, when JnxCustomizer create,modify,extract a level or join two levels, never change the guid of jnx file.

I change the application (version 1.0.28), and now always change the guid of file (create, modify, extract level or join levels).

El compañero pelsta sugiere que se cambie un determinado valor dentro del jnx (guid) que es lo que utiliza basecamp
para saber si el fichero ya está en su cache y por tanto no debe recargarlo.

Hasta ahora, la aplicación nunca cambiaba ese valor, respetando el original, y de ahí la confusión de Basecamp al
cosiderar que el fichero era el mismo y no mostrar correctamente los cambios (zooms, etc ...)

Me ha parecido bien, y ahora, siempre que se haga alguna modificación en un jnx, el resultante (sea el mismo ú otro
nuevo) siempre tendrá un guid distinto, con lo cual nunca volvería a ocurrir el problema de la cache comentado en
tantos sitios.

Por favor, probadlo (yo no puedo en este momento, y lo he modificado sin probar), y si está correcto lo pongo en el hilo principal.

JNXCustomizer create a new jnx if some of this 3 premises are true:

--> MapInfoSubBlock section missing
-> Size Map info sub-block Section < 1024 bytes
-> Change jnx version v3/v4

Some programs generate jnx files that not make jnx files with this restrictions... And jnxcustomizer recreate it...

About draworder... I will limit to 100 in the next version.
